These shopping terms apply to clothing orders placed with Mallow & Merry at mallowmerry.com. Please review your selected items, sizes and delivery details before placing an order. For help, email lsongrui620@gmail.com.
Products and orders
We currently sell baby and children’s clothing. Please refer to each product page for the included items, materials, available sizes and size information. Product availability is shown on the website. Provide an accurate email address and shipping address so we can process and deliver your order.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review the final order total, including any shipping charges and applicable taxes shown at checkout, before confirming payment. Payments are processed through PayPal using the options available at checkout.
Delivery area and shipping
We deliver only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, military addresses or destinations outside this delivery area.
Orders ship from Georgia, USA, within 48 hours after being placed. Delivery is within 6 business days after dispatch; the delivery period starts when the order ships, not when the order is placed.
Shipping is free on orders of $29.90 or more. Shipping for orders below $29.90 is $2.99. See our Shipping & Delivery policy for details. If your order is delayed or your address needs correction, contact us with your order number.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days after delivery, including for quality issues or a change of mind. We offer refunds without requiring the item to be returned, so you do not need to pay return shipping. Email your order number and request to lsongrui620@gmail.com.
